Our Background and Vision
Our aim is to ensure ECMS is highly regarded within the education and healthcare sectors for professional integrity and ensuring the best outcomes with collaborative, respectful working relationships. Established from a combined 50 years of expertise and knowledge, ECMS has grown to become a trusted industry leader with Judith James and John Walker at the helm.
Judith was formerly the Head Teacher of an Ofsted outstanding residential special school while John was a neuro-rehabilitation social worker and case manager – together they founded ECMS in 2017.
Based in the North East, the company now employs a team of specialist professionals who have been specifically selected to maintain practice of the highest standards, offering a wide range of education and case management advice and support to children, young people, clients and families across the country.
