Safeguarding

AT ECMS, safeguarding children and vulnerable adults is at the heart of what we do, and it is everyone’s responsibility.

Our dedicated team of professionals adhere to the highest standards of safeguarding guidance.

All staff at ECMS have an enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check, and carry photo ID at all times.

All staff hold a Level 3 or above certificate in safeguarding children and adults. We follow the guidance outlined in “Keeping Children Safe in Education”, following this guidance with all clients including those who are Electively Home Educated or are involved in Education Other Than At School packages.

When working in nurseries, schools or colleges, we also follow the safeguarding policies of the setting. By staying updated with the latest statutory guidance, we maintain a robust safeguarding framework that is consistently applied throughout our organisation.
