Education Advisory Services – Referrals

Please be aware that we only accept referrals for children and young people who have a medical negligence or legal case – referrals should come from a case manager, solicitor or, if the case has settled, a financial deputy or parent.

We are currently experiencing a very high volume of referral requests (March 2025). 

We will always endeavour to respond to referrals within 10 working days.
