Code of Ethics
ECMS has a duty to ensure that all staff always act professionally and competently, and it is essential that all staff demonstrate these attributes to maximise clients’ best interests and enhance the working environment. As well as the respective occupational codes of conduct, we are familiar with the guidelines in the Code of Conduct published by The Department for Health and The General Social Care Council:
ECMS management follow The Code of Conduct Employer Guide in its application of the code.
All employees and associates at ECMS are required to treat all clients, relatives and visitors with respect and courtesy. They must act with care and diligence, and behave honestly and with integrity, upholding the company’s values. All employees and associates must comply with all applicable UK laws, health and safety legislation, employment law legislation and other relevant codes of conduct including all ECMS policies and procedures.
